Norconsult buys employees ownership stake in Concrete Structures

Employees of Concrete Structures have decided to sell their shares to Norconsult.
 
 
 

In March 2026, Norconsult acquired the employees’ ownership stake in Concrete Structures. Aker Solutions now owns 50% and Norconsult 50% in a joint venture. The transaction will require approval from the Competition Authority, which is expected in April 2026. Click here to read more.
